Samui Modern Construction carried out specialist rendering and finishing works at Maraleina Sports Resort on Koh Samui. The large wall surfaces required careful preparation and consistent workmanship to achieve a uniform finish.

Our team used pumped mortar and machine trowelling to maintain efficient progress across extensive areas, followed by skim coating to prepare the surfaces for decoration. Paintwork was coordinated with Western Standards Property Maintenance.

With a sports competition approaching, the programme had a firm deadline. The works were delivered ahead of schedule, providing finished spaces ready for the event.
