Koh Fit Gym – Commercial Expansion
Expansion of an existing gym with a 325 m² elevated slab designed for heavy weightlifting equipment, roof alterations and additional training and spa space.
The Project

requirements of the site.
Samui Modern Construction expanded Koh Fit Gym by constructing a 325 m² elevated slab above an existing training area and bathrooms.
The slab was engineered to span the existing structures and accommodate heavy weightlifting equipment. Our work also included removing, raising and extending the roof to suit the expanded facility.
The overall expansion created more than 600 m² of additional usable space for training and spa facilities, increasing the capacity of the established gym.
Spa finishing works were carried out by Samui Marvel Construction.
